Service Options

Two separate GRIPS™ Service Options are offered:

• Self Service option, where clients run GRIPS™ on their own server, with full training and support provided by Greenstreets Environmental Resources Ltd; this enables organisations to manage the entire returns process in-house

OR

• Full Service option (Data Collection Service) where our specially trained staff take responsibility for the collection and manipulation of data, managing the entire returns process and using GRIPS™ as its underlying calculation engine and data repository.
